ZviZZer Clay Pad 160 mm

ZviZZer Clay Pad 160 mm – professional decontamination pad for fast and safe cleaning of car paint surfaces from stubborn contaminants. Used with eccentric (DA) polishers with a stroke of 3–7 mm. Effectively removes resins, bitumen residues, metal dust, insect residues and other dirt that cannot be removed during regular washing.

Thanks to the advanced polymer coating, this pad allows you to decontaminate the surface faster and easier than using traditional clay bars. High-quality materials ensure durability – up to 60 cars can be treated with one pad.

Usage

• Wash the car thoroughly.
• Wet the surface liberally with Clay Lubricant.
• Attach the pad to the 150 mm backing pad.
• Using low to medium speed, move the polisher evenly across the surface.
• Continue working until the surface is smooth and clean.
• Rinse the pad with clean water after use and allow to dry.

Important

• Always use a sufficient amount of lubricant.
• Do not use on a dry surface.
• Before each use, make sure that it is clean and free of hard particles that could scratch the surface.
