RUPES RANDOM ORBITAL POLISHER LHR15 MARK V, STD

This polisher with a 125 mm pad and 15 mm orbit has a number of technical innovations in the adjustment, aimed at improving performance and comfort, ensuring more precise and efficient polishing. The main innovation of the Mark V is the POLYSYNTHEC™ composite gears, which are much more resistant even in the most difficult working conditions. These gears are lighter than traditional metal gears, they require less lubrication, therefore the efficiency of the motor and energy losses. As a result, very low vibration and noise, comfort during long use. The reduction of vibration is particularly important, as it allows the operator to maintain a more stable grip, which improves the precision of the movements and the quality of the polishing. It also reduces fatigue during long work sessions and ensures a consistent and professional result. However, with a 47% reduction in noise compared to previous models, the working environment becomes quieter and more pleasant, therefore protecting the operator's hearing.

These polishers also feature new PrecisionPro pads, designed to provide optimal balance when using the entire polishing pad. These pads have a protective rubber edge that provides greater safety when polishing delicate surfaces and reduces the risk of accidental damage. parts. Another important innovation is the low center of gravity of the Mark V polishers. Compared to previous models, it is 13 mm lower, which ensures unrivaled stability and excellent tool control, especially in difficult working situations. The lower center of gravity allows the operator to maneuver the polisher more precisely, even when working on complex surfaces or intricate details.
