Medium-hard polishing pad for orbital sander SONAX

This is a medium-hard polishing pad designed for use with an orbital polisher.

Very dense and open-pored sponge. Durable and temperature-resistant due to good ventilation and special cooling in the center

This polishing pad is used for the final polishing stage: polishing, hologram removal.

Good disc ventilation and special cooling in the center extend the durability of the pad.

The good absorption properties of this sponge prevent the polishing paste from splasing.

Diameter 165 mm.

The pad has a quick-connect mechanism.

This polishing pad is recommended for use with:

Cut and Finish, Perfect Finish, EX 04 – 06 or Os 02-06 polishing pastes

Please note:

• Use only one polishing paste with the same pad.
• To use a different paste, use a new polishing sponge;
• The service life of the SONAX sponge can be extended if it is cleaned regularly during polishing.
• Also avoid using too much paste, as this will make the pad too wet and ineffective.
• It is recommended to blow out the dirty polishing pad with an air compressor as often as possible, if possible. Blow from the center outwards.
• It is also possible to clean it using a microfibre cloth.
• After polishing, wash the pad with SONAX Multistar detergent and dry
